FoundLocal ("we," "us," "our") provides website design, development, hosting, search engine optimization (SEO), content management, and related digital services ("Services") to businesses ("Client," "you," "your") under a subscription model.
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are available at foundlocal.io. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new subscribers. Existing clients will receive 30 days notice before any price change takes effect.
Your domain. You own your domain name. If you cancel, your domain stays with you. We will never hold your domain hostage.
Your content. All text, photos, logos, and brand assets you provide remain your property.
Your data. Analytics, leads, and customer data collected through your website belong to you. We will export it in a standard format on request.
During your subscription: The website design, code, and custom animations are licensed to you for use during your active subscription.
After 12 months: If you have made 12 or more monthly payments (on any plan, payments do not need to be consecutive), the design transfers to you upon cancellation. You will receive the complete source code.
Before 12 months: You may purchase the design for a one-time buyout fee based on page count:
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your website will be taken offline within 7 days after the billing period ends. Your content and data will be available for export for 30 days.
No refunds for partial months.
We will build your website within 5 business days of receiving all onboarding materials. We will maintain and improve your website according to your plan tier. We will respond to support requests within 1 business day.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or lead generation results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
